Shipping Policy

Enjoy FREE Shipping on Orders Over $65!

We offer free standard shipping when you spend $65 or more—no code needed!

Here’s a quick breakdown of our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $15

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days once your order has been processed.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates

To get your goodies in time for Christmas, please order by the following dates:

Standard Shipping - 12th December (before 12pm local time).

Order Cancellations

We know plans change, but due to the high volume of orders, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

Easy Returns

We totally understand—sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit.
If you'd like to return something, simply reach out to us at hello@curlsmith.com with your order number, and we'll share the return address with you.
Please note: we do not provide return labels, so returns are sent back at your own cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund*.
If anything arrives damaged, email us along with photos of the item and packaging—we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note:
  • Items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Week/Last chance to buy promos are exempt from out money back guarantee 
  • We can only accept returns from purchases made directly on our website
  • Tools and accessories are exempt from our money-back guarantee
  • For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they’re defective or damaged.

Missing Shipments

Most orders arrive within 5 business days. If it’s been longer and your package hasn’t arrived, let us know within 20 days of your order date. If tracking shows your package is lost, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
If tracking shows the package was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds Taking a While?
