"I was used to using their air dry product and loved it. I thought that the leave-in would be similar and help me retain some moisture. I struggle with dry hair often because I dye my hair frequently because of grays. I ended up buying this product instead, based on Ulta's recommendation and after using it a few weeks now I've noticed my hair becomes super greasy and oily when I use it, it doesn't moisturize at all like the air dry formula, I don't get any of the saturated feeling that's normal with high end leave-in conditioners, it doesn't help with knots at all, and it exacerbated my psoriasis causing a bunch of itching and a rash. It was expensive and a total waste of money for me."
