How to use

Step 1

Wet your hair thoroughly, then dispense a generous blob of product working it into your palms before applying it directly to the scalp.

Step 2

Massage gently but vigorously to clean the scalp and melt down all dirt and impurities.

Step 3

Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to thoroughly cleanse the hair.

Step 4

I have low porosity hair, can I use the core shampoo and the multi-tasking conditioner on the same wash day or would that be too much protein ? I’m looking for a mild protein treatment that I can use to replace my old one (it contained silicones).
These contain low protein properties so can be used together and regularly without risk of protein overload!
Will this work for my dry brittle low porosity hair? My hairs been fragile lately and suffering from breakage and I'm not sure why.

I wash my hair twice a week, and I currently use the bond curl rehab salve followed by double cream deep quencher once a week. The protein from the bond salve has done WONDERFUL things so far, and I'm wondering if I should use the core strength shampoo on the other was days? I don’t want to do a protein overload and don’t really know how much protein is too much.
