How to use
Step 1
Wet your hair thoroughly, then dispense a generous blob of product working it into your palms before applying it directly to the scalp.

- I have low porosity hair, can I use the core shampoo and the multi-tasking conditioner on the same wash day or would that be too much protein ? I’m looking for a mild protein treatment that I can use to replace my old one (it contained silicones).

- I wash my hair twice a week, and I currently use the bond curl rehab salve followed by double cream deep quencher once a week. The protein from the bond salve has done WONDERFUL things so far, and I'm wondering if I should use the core strength shampoo on the other was days? I don’t want to do a protein overload and don’t really know how much protein is too much.
