She's thick!

"I genuinely can't live without this mask anymore! I have fine curly hair that needs a lot of moisture without being weighed down, and this is it for me. It leaves my curls soft, hydrated, and so smooth. I love it! I've tried other masks, but finding one that gives me this level of hydration and conditioning is surprisingly difficult. PLEASE bring back hydro creme soothing mask!

"This deep conditioner is not bad and I’d my hair is super dry it does the trick, but that is rare. On the more usual use, I find it a bit heavy. I absolutely LOVE the Hydro Creme Soothing Mask - it’s the best odds all world super moisturizing, penetrating, slip, lightweight, AND IT WAS GODS FOR SCALP HEALTH - amazing!!! I was SO SAD to find out they’ve discontinued it (fourth product I love Curlsmith has done this with). Please bring it back! I haven’t found anything quite like it."

Q&A

How often would I out recommend using this if you only wash your hair once a week?
You can use it as often as you like! If your hair is particularly dry and in need of a moisture boost, you could use it every wash (once a week in your case). If your curls are in good condition and you don’t need intense moisture, using it every 2-3 weeks is enough to maintain softness and hydration.
Is this safe for color-treated hair?
All of our products are safe for colour treated hair.
Can I use the rinse-out conditioner (e.g., Shine Conditioner and Essential Moisture) before or after the Double Cream Deep Quencher)? Also, should I rinse off with cool water?
After shampooing, you would use either a regular rinse out conditioner or the Double Deep Cream Quencher (which is a mask) once a week. You wouldn't use a rinse-out and mask on the same. Rinse out with warm water.
Will leaving the conditioner on for an hour damage your hair? Is 30 minutes the absolute recommended max?

We do not advise to use as a leave in! We do have products designed to leave in, such as the Weightless Air Dry Cream
Do you recommend the double creme deep quencher or the hydro creme soothing mask for low porosity , frizzy/dry wavy hair? I am debating between these two after reading the reviews of both.
I would recommend the Hydro Creme Soothing Mask, this is a very hydrating deep conditioner, great for any hair type. It is light weight so will not weigh down lower porosity / wavy hair
What is the pH of this product?
We have designed all our products to be gentle on the scalp and safe for everyday use. The scalp has a ph balance of between 4.5 and 5.5, so we made our products with a ph of 5 to cater to all different scalp needs.
