Not cleansing enough
"It didn’t clean my oily scalp that well. I was hoping this could extend my time in between washes but it decreased the time. It also didn’t help with frizz. I’m not sure if this formula is meant for frizzy hair but it didn’t help that concern."

New Formula isnt great
"I've been using Curlsmith Fragrance Free shampoo and conditioner for 5 years. It used to be in a white bottle and that was my favorite hair products. But since they've changed to this brown bottle, they've apparently also changed the formula too. It has a new odor now, almost like gelatin, that thankfully doesn't linger in my hair. But it leaves my hair limp and frizzy, and not nearly as curly as the old formula used to. I also seem to be losing a lot more hair than I used to which is very concerning. I'm going to have to find a new fragrance free shampoo and conditioner now because this ones awful now."

- Would you please make a product without sodium benzoate? The benzene is freed and toxic when combined w citric acid and or Vitamin C (which is definitely present in the herbs we love!
